Hmm. On the one hand, I believe you. On the other hand, I've had nothing but trouble any time I've allowed any sort of electrical connection between PCs and sound equipment. So I'm gonna stick with the optical solution. I am interested in that digital sound card you mentioned, though. I'd love to be able to go optical straight into the PC.

So when can we order the DXS? I'd be happy to plunk down the cash right now to get first dibs :)
