There's no need to have an extra converter aside from the DXS, Brooks. Why don't you just get one of the 2-coax / 2-optical output modules for the DXS? All coax connections of the DXS are transformer coupled and hence isolated. I use coax to my sound card because I can run it a much longer distance.
