Emerson TV (a test)

I just got a slinke and playing with it. I am unable to control my Emerson 13'' TV (alright just testing it :-) using EZ Learn. EZ - learn is able to display the signal in the oscilloscope, but the test does not work.
slinke settngs are
sampling 100 us, carrier freq 40000, baud rate is 38400
Any suggestions.
