Tooltips for User Defined Toolbar Buttons

Colby hi,

Is there a way to add a Tooltip to a user defined toolbar button. That feature would be great. I have added about 20 buttons and it's getting hard to build an icon that fully describes each function. It would also be nice to be able to add a Decsription for the user button in the View | Toolbar | Customize | Commands | Categories section. What do you think. Thanks.
