Thanks Colby -- but still no luck. The crazy thing is that even with every individual source muted, the stupid thing is sending out signal. If I choose "mute all", it stops. I'm guessing the "mute all" happens after mixing, and that there's just some noise in the card.
I'll pick up a better, non-resampling card in the near future.
