I used to have a SBLive. It constantly resamples all of it's inputs to the 48kHz internal sample clock. If you are mixing any analog inputs to the card, you will inevitably have some level of output noise which means you will have a non-zero digital output. The resampling algorithm may in itself have more than 1 lsb of noise which could cause it to have non-zero output even with nothing but DC offset on one of it's analog inputs as well. Mute all of you analog ins and see if it fixes the problem. Colby Responses To This Message
