Case Logic makes soft-cover CD binders that happen to work very well for booklet storage. In fact, any pocket made to hold a CD will usually hold a booklet. You can get Case Logic models sized like three-ring binders and capable of holding 100, 200 or 300 booklets, I believe. Two 200-disk binders should do the trick for you. Best Buy and other stores carry these things.
