Well, when selecting a single disc to play from the player itself, I get just that, a single disc so CDJ is not mimicing what the player itself would do. I guess I could force the player to do this by selecting "all discs" but why would I want to. The discs are in random order in the player.
I agree about direct play being vague, so loose it if that's what everyone wants. The only thing I "like" about direct play is that it is much easier to use for someone that does not understand how to build a playlist, such as guests, spouces, Etc. A simple click on the highlited CD should simply play it, and only it.
