This problem has been fixed, it just hasn't been released yet.

As for playing on to the next track / disc, this was the intent. The idea was to mimic selecting something to play at the player itself, which would do the same thing. If you want to play only specific things, you should put them into a playlist.

The problem with direct play is that it's very vague. Aside from the title bar and library selection, you don't have an indication as to what's going on like you do with the playlist. We are talking about doing away with this direct play and instead having a double-click add the item to the playlist and move the playlist pointer to this item and play it. What do people think about that?
