I concur with Jeroen's comments. My HT app read the cdj data base and actually makes its own entries in the notes field (records ambiance settings selected by the user so that they can be re-invoked when a disk starts) and I have had no problem using VB6.0 and Visual Studio 7. One thing I would like is a way to ensure that CDJ never saves a copy of the data base. I have it so optioned but I believe under some conditions it still tries to. I don't want it overwriting a copy of the DB changd by my app. A comment from another smarter than me might help
