I think these would be worth while. I'd like to change DSP programs on a per item basis. What I'd really like, however, is a configurable delay between playlist items.
A handy event would be to be informed when the playlist was manually changed. My custom CDJ front-end displays the next track. I need to keep polling the playlist to see if it was changed. Would be nice to just be informed.
