Uh....I am in the same boat with Justin...the package of CDJ recently redownloaded doesn't have the file for the 835. It DOES have one for the 935, but that only seems to control some of the features of the 835 correctly. I did some troubleshooting on the SLink bus and such and eventually tried mapping the vol up and down buttons in CDJ to the surround functions....each keypress worked like a charm...so comm is ok. But the device file isn't. I tried the device files for the other Sony amps and none worked correctly either.

Does anyone have a working Slink device file for the Sony 835 AV amp that they could share or email?
