Wow how cool.... I wrote a vb app to control both slinke and the DSS box via voice (a couple of you tried it) based on MSSAPI it was fun, but not actually useful for me. I would love to see your code. Also anyone with a 3rd gen RCA receiver, that same port will hook to the x-10 controller we all know and love if you build a cable. I have the spec for the cable around somewhere, I built one, and use it from time to time it lets the RCA DSS home control menu control your x-10
