Non Working Map File

I downloaded and installed the latest system update and CDJ program the other night and when I tried to use my map files nothing would happen. I tried reloading the map file and that didn't help. I had to go back to the version I was running before to get everything to work. Has anyone else had this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
