Micheal, If you have cable TV somewhere connected to the something that is more than likely the problem. You are getting a floating ground. To isolate the problem you can get isolation transformers. IE Convert from 75 ohms to 300 and then 300 back to 75 ohms. What these devices look like is the device that you use to connect an old TV to a cable it has two wires on one end and a cable connection on the other. This can also cause you to get lines scrolling on your tv screen. Hope this helps. Matt
