Sony CX-CDP350 vs. 300?

I'm debating between the CDP350 and 300. I am trying to figure out if the 2 way remote is worth the extra $120 or so. I thought I saw some conflicting information on whether the 350 has track memo or not. In any case, does the 2 way remote show song titles for discs with CD-text? Does it work with disc title and/or CD-text of the changer it is serving as MegaChanger control for?
