Problems: Some New/Some Old

I've noticed the following problems with CDJ. I am using the 10/8 version. I've sent email to help@nirvis.com but figured I'd post them here since others may be seing them as well.
1) Albums without covers show the previous cover and not the default
2)If I quit CDJ, I cannot relaunch it. I am using CDJ through SlinkX. If I exit SlinkeServ, then the previous attempt to launch CDJ continues and relaunches SlinkeServ and proceeds to crash. This was present in the previous version as well.
3) Occasionally, starting CDJ won't power up my second player (on port 2).
