Well I went into Regedit and turned off the value of telling CDJ to use the Slinkx. Now CDJ no longer crashes when the program opens. However, it seems like CDJ is still acting very funny. Almost like it is drunk. That is the best way I can put it. It takes it up to 1 min for it to switch between playing a CD and switching over to a MP3 or from MP3 to CD. It never took it that long. It is almost like the slink bus has suddenly slowed down. Like a traffic jam. Both IR and Slink are suddenly slower.
