Digital Crosspoint Status?

Many of us have watched hopefully as the Web site promised availability of the Digital Crosspoint Switch in June, then in July, then in August, then in September. Now October has dawned, and still no switch. I realize this is a huge project for a small shop like Nirvis and I'm not trying to be impatient. But it would be greatly helpful to many of us, for planning purposes, to have some realistic sense of how much longer it will be before the DXS is available. In my own case I'm trying to figure out whether to replace my cheesy homemade mixer with a commercial analog mixer, which to me would be worth doing if the switch will take another four or six months. If the DXS is without doubt a few weeks away, I'd rather wait. Can you give us any sense, guys?
