The same thing happened to me, and I second the motion to remove it from the download page. Fixing the problem was a royal pain. Internet Explorer would not come up for me no matter what I did. I ended up uninstalling Internet Explorer and reinstalling it (then upgrading to IE5... what the heck) and all was well.

It wasn't pretty...
