Interesting stuff, but I'd really be interested in anyone who has been able to get the advanced IR commands going with the Sony DSS units. As you can see from my previous post, I can get the basic 0-9, up & down IR codes to work, but the Menu, Guide etc. don't work for some strange reason. I'm wondering if there is some kind of prefix or suffix for these commands that is not being picked up in the IR decoding software?
Has anyone else managed to get these functions working via IR?
