Windows 98 Second Edition & CDJ - Crashes

Has anybody else had problems with Win 98 second edition and CDJ. I loaded Win98 SE last night(over Win 98). CDJ now crashes when it loads. I tried reinstalling CDJ system update and an old beta version of CDJ, but no luck.
I will try more tonight.
