New CDJ Version

I get a couple of errors when starting the new version of CDJ.

Error starting program

The CDE.EXE file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL: ReadDirectoryChangesW.

and

C:\Program Files\Nirvis\Cdj\cdj.exe

A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I reloaded the previous version and all is well. Any ideas?
