CDJ Beta Bug?

I have been using the Slinke for 6 months now, and have ran into a problem with it since downloading the newest beta release. It appears after CDJ is open for a while, it looses the connection with the CD player. The Slinke is still working fine, it will send and recieve IR fine, but when you open the Data Viewer, all you get is a message saying "No Match sl-1:" and what I assume is the code the player is sending through the slink port. When you exit CDJ and go back in it, it usually will not locate the player. Exit CDJ again and go back in, it locates the player and everything is fine. All I do is exit CDJ, I don't shut off the player or the slink-e it self. I can always tell when CDJ looses its connection to the cd player when the player view in the CDJ program stops counting off the seconds and stays on one track, even if I advance it to another track myself. It doesn't seem to matter if I am using a play list or just using the player manually, CDJ seems to get confused or something. I am not using it through the Slinkserv. I am using a CX250 cd player. This problem has only happened since I upgraded to the new beta version.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
