Go into Slinkeserv and go to View|Slinke|Settings. Change the IR sampling period to 100 microseconds and change the baud rate to 38400. Hit the "save to RAM and EEPROM" button and then exit. Try E-Z Learn again and see if that fixes the problem. Also make sure to keep the remote at least a few feet away from the receiver or else the recevied waveform may become distorted from the high intensity. Likewise, you will probably want to keep the transmitter a few feet away from from your receiver.

I just took another look at your bug report. So far, I'm not able to recreate the problem. Does it always happen for you?
