"Covers" TestlC Needs MSInet.OCX

Brooks Talley's "Covers" application promises some really useful functionality. I registered the DLL per the readme instructions, but when executing testlC.exe I get an error saying I'm missing the required "msinet.ocx". Have others solved this problem? Is this missing ocx freely distributed? Any help appreciated.
