New user program

Scott Gardner has been kind enough to submit another program to the user download area. It's called TotalControl I'll defer to his description:

Features:

Reads 'CDE' files and automatically maps commands to keys.
Commands not automapped are left in a list that can be executed by
double clicking.

Device selection automatically switches keys to device commands and
activates device on receiver.

Device commands can be selected without activating device on
receiver.

Allows for Key lock I.E. key stays assigned to Vol+.
