I have the same kind of problem.

Sometimes, when CDJ rescans the disks, it create another copy of the cd in the library, keping the old one shaded. Trying to erase the shaded disk is not working. As soon I

reload CDJ, the erased disks are back.

I've tried and tried, and I can't seem to recreate this problem. Every time I do it, the disc just becomes unshaded.

1) Can you send me a copy of you library which has both the shaded and unshaded disc in it?

2) What players are you using? I'm wondering if you are moving the disc between 2 different models which are somehow reporting different timecodes....
