There is nothing DCOM specific in the Slink-e client or server. Right now they should be treated as "legacy applications" which are not DCOM-aware. Basically SlinkX doesn't even know that it is connecting via DCOM. In the future I plan to provide methods in SlinkX which will allow you to connect to specific DCOM servers, with some control over the nature of the connection. This will allow more flexibility than just altering DCOMCNFG settings. Are you sure it something specific to SlinkX? Are you able to make any other standard COM applications work the way you want?
