I'm not sure it needs to be this complicated. If you do the following on your machine, you'll always be able to talk to CDJ

1. Start slinkeserv when the machine boots

2. run "slcmd adddevtxt cdj type=devtx 0 0 0" after slinkeserv starts

Now you are ready to talk to CDJ whenever it is running....
