SlinkX error code

I'm trying to setup bont CDJ and SlinkServe using DCOM. SlinkServe is running on a WIN98 machine and CDJ is running on a WIN2000 machine. When I start CDJ I get a error message that states;
"Slinkx Couldn't create server connection
error code 0x800706ba"
Can anybody lend a helping hand?
