Problem with CD Text

I'm having a problem getting the CD Text to transfer to CDJ. Under options I've selected to use CD Tesxt if available and I also tried to transfer selected player memos to CDJ. I know the CD has CD Text because it will show up on the CD Player. Has anyone had this problem or know what I'm doing wrong? Thank, Greg Evans
