A Vadem Clio can be found used (Ebay, etc) for <$500 (They are ~$900 new) and provides a VGA resolution touchscreen in tablet mode, and can use both conventional wired lan and wirless lan cables.

They run Windows CE and the app could be written with Embedded Visual Basic or Embedded VC++, both available for free from Microsoft.

If you like to know how to have it control CDJ, send me an email, I have done this as a test but not dedicated any time to writing the application on CE.
