Not really. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm not trying to make everyone use IE4 - I just wanted create a more versatile help system that could be used both on the web and locally. You can goto to the microsoft website and just install HTMLHelp if you like, but really it uses IE internally. The easiest way to set it up is just to install IE4. You don't have to make it your default browser or anything intrusive like that.
