no, initially I was trying to write something in delphi, but the active x has trouble in that.

At this stage I have shelved the project until I have a way of communicating between CGI's and the server application. Ive played with all those settings and it usually just ends up starting the slink server app (again) in the task manager which I cannot kill off, meaning I have to restart the machine to clean up the running tasks. It looks like NT's sercuraty is working against me in this instance

I have the same problem with my activehome interface. Im begining to wonder if microsoft IIS is really a good idea.. I think I will abandon it in favour of a server that runs as an application rather then a service unless someone can give me some more pointers.
