I do in fact have a version of Install Shield that comes with MS Visual Studio. This would certainly make things easier for the first time install, however the install file will become very large as I will have to pack in every possible DLL that the user might have which is out of date. Since I release software about once a week, this might significantly increase peoples' download time. Those who already have updated system files will have to keep dowloading them over and over. I guess the solution will be to offer just the .EXEs and the full install, but ultimately this is going to reduce the frequency of software releases due to to the overhead offering these options.
