PartyGUI Run-Time Error 5

I just re-installed Windows ME final version. I had been running the beta and CDJ and PartyGUI were behaving themselves. I have installed the latest versions of both products and now get "Run-Time Error '5' Invalid procedure call or argument" from PartyGUI. CDJ runs fine.
Any ideas?
