Problem (CDJ repeats part of song)

Colby, David, I am having two problems with the 8/14 CDJ: 1. It kind of gets 'stuck' playing a song -- it will repeat the 1st 5 seconds of it repeatedly until I manually stop it. 2. CDJ seems to more regularly see a CD as missing. Opening the door of the changer, closing it and rescanning the missing slots sometimes catches it (leading me to believe it has something to do with the hardware, not CDJ, but again it seems to happen more frequently than it used to)
