Perl module to control Slink-E

You can find version 1.00 of the Perl Slinke module at http://www.perl.com/CPAN/authors/id/B/BP/BPAULSEN/Slinke-1.00.tar.gz

Currently this has a program that will read in IR signals, put them in a database and play them back. I'll be working on some improvements soon, but if anybody wants to help, I'm willing to listen to feedback, comments, suggestions, etc.

You should be able to run it under Windows and under Linux, but I only tested it under Linux, so it's possible that the Windows code may need a little work.
