New CDJ turns players off & on on startup?

Has anyone else noticed that the new version (or maybe even the last 2 versions, since I skipped one) turns off all changers on startup and then immediately turns them back on? Why is this?

I noticed this because I leave my changers on all the time, primarily because the "turn off players on exit" feature has never reliably worked, always missing at least 2 of my 10 connected CX-300s.

Although I thought I read that Colby had fixed this problem, it's obviously still not working correctly, and now I get to see it "not work" on startup as well! Any ideas?
