Pronto/CDJ For Dummies

I know some of us have set up the Pronto to be able to control CDJ via S-Linke.
My question: Could somebody post a set of instructions to let me know how to do this? Assume that I'm not an expert in CDJ map building, but I do know how to set up my Pronto.
