The key to doing this is to use a map file in CDJ. The example in the documentation shows exactly what you need to do. You only need to load the appropriate device file for your receiver. What happens then, is that whenever CDJ is using a particular player(changer or the built in MP3), it sends a message, which the in the map file causes the appropriate codes to be sent out to the receiver. As far as cabling goes, the receiver must be hooked up to the slinke, either directly or though IR. Again, the documentation is good for this situation.
