Getting homemade CDs into Databae

I do sound design and have created a set of custom effects CDs. They use CD Text and I'd like to be able to import the title/track info into the CDJ database. Is there an automated method? I could cut and paste into MSAccess butI'm hoping there's a btter way. CDJ imports the CDDB info wonderfully ( except for that annoying problem with "\" character). How can I adapt it to read these homebrews?
