DVP-CX850D

I see from searching the archive that some of you have discussed the dvp-cx850D I was curious to see how the DVP-CX850D is after it has been in use a while. Best Buy's has them for around $550 and I was thinking about getting one.
Any word on a "Replacement" or next generation CD Changer?
