Where do I submit code?

I created a perl interface to the Slink-E and would like to add it to the list of user submitted software. Where should it go?

Also, it is still a bit of a work in progress. I am currently writing a program that will take the IR input, decode it, and store the information to a database. When that is done, I plan to add code that does what CDJ does, but in perl.
