I am using a CDPX450 and a CDPX300 as cd1 and cd2 respectivily. I use slink to control the changers and each optical output goes to my Sony TAE9000 preamp. I have set up the IR output of the slinke to automatically switch optical inputs on the preamp depending on which CD player CDJ is using. It works great !!!!! One word of caution. I put all my cd's in order alpabetically in the changers. Now when I use playlists to randomly play one artist ( steely dan for example ) all of those discs are in one player so you have to wait for the discs to change. I guess I need to re-distribute any multiple artists across the two changers to keep from having delays between songs from the same artist. Sorry if I got off the subject !!!!
