I don't know about Win2K but I do this with a Linksys router. It's a four port fast Ethernet router with a WAN link that plugs into your current DSL router. It does all of the NAT work itself, can function as a DHCP server [a great feature if you have a laptop you bring back and forth to work] and has a feature that will do the exact thing your asking for. It's one of the best purchases I've made, next to my Slink-e. -Shawn
