Random Shuffle Playlist (a request)

I freqently create large playlists featuring 100 or more songs. Most of the time I'd like to random shuffle the playlists (which you can do), however, the original starting song of the playlist always plays first and then in order all the songs in the playlist below it. I'd like a way to random shuffle a playlist and have it autostart at the beginning of the newly shuffled list. Hitting home will select the top song, but not start the player on that song.
