ASP Server Error

I'm running Win2k server with IIS. I have slinke attached to the server and it is working with both CDJ and IR Commands built with ezlearn.

I'm trying to load up the tv html sample and getting an error from the web server because it is unable to create the slinke control:

800a0030 error_in_loading_dll:'server.createobject'

The line giving the trouble is in the global.asa file: set oslinkx=Server.CreateObject("clinkexctrl.1")

I've searched through the registry and it looks to me like the clsid is registered etc ... but I'm unsure of where to go from here.
