Aiii. Yep, the second changer was indeed in shuffle mode.

It's sort of better now, but all the other weird behavior is still going on. It plays for a while, then loses track of the time (the player is still going, but the time doesn't increment in the title bar). And neither setting of "use slinkx" is reliable; I just switch back and forth until it finally works.

Any ideas on that? I'll go ahead and order the CPU upgrade, and I guess maybe that will fix it.
